What was the highlight of Playacapricho
It was ok. Weather not the best so didnt get to use facilities.
Facilities were good. A little restricted in places to eat. Pools lovely but weather didnt blige when we were there.
For the price and we had a car I did not expect to have to pay more for parking. We were lucky to get parking nearby but spaces were limited and we didnt want to use the hored car for two days because on our return we may not get parking on our return. For the cost of the hotel it could have done better!!

Once I’d paid the extra €64 to get a decent room everything was fine.
The room I finally ended up with was like the room I saw in the photographs when booking. Felt like I was unfairly charged extra on arrival for the room standard I saw advertised.
The fact that I was charged €64 to upgrade to the kind of room I had seen in the hotel photographs.

Good experience overall. Good and gentle service
The wifi (room at the end of the building -325-) was terrible. I was surprised they did not have my email and credit card upon arrival. Communication with Booking needs to improve. Neither did they have record of my special request. But they honored it when I mentioned the issue upon arrival. Buffet dinner on the expensive side
